Where do I start! I recently purchased a home that came with a Navien heating system and was receiving an error code that required service from a plumber. From the initial appt set up to the plumbers coming out to access and to fix the problem, the total time was under 3hrs. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly! Had some leaky ball valves so I called Kalkbrenner Plumbing. Mike arrived promptly and was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. His demeanor makes you feel comfortable right away. He even took his shoes off at the front door even though he didn’t have to. You just don’t see those type of manners anymore. Great customer service! No other plumbing establishment could figure out what was wrong with the water pressure problem in our house that kept getting worse and worse.
